Before an order is accepted
Start with a written offer for a specific model, colour, size and condition. The offer should identify the seller and explain what is included. Ask for the total in the quoted currency, rather than working from a campaign price or a proposed range.
GUMSHOE Ltd is the seller name supplied for this website. Product enquiries use info@gumshoe.amsterdam. Request the applicable invoice and seller details before accepting a sale.
The seven fields to confirm
- Model, colour, size label and size system.
- Condition, included packaging and any disclosed defects.
- Item price, currency, taxes, delivery and any further payable import charges.
- Destination eligibility, dispatch estimate and delivery method.
- Cancellation, return conditions and how to report an incorrect or damaged item.
- Payment method and the exact order reference to which it applies.
- Written confirmation of the accepted order and the route for support.
For a limited edition
Ask for the actual edition name, identifying marks, source record and what makes it limited. Keep the price and the evidence of edition status as separate fields. Avoid using a general scarcity label when no edition information is supplied.
For a cryptocurrency payment
A quote must also specify the asset, network, exact amount, expiry and the treatment of late or incorrect payments. Check that the invoice belongs to the accepted order. The future cryptocurrency flow is described on the payment information page; this website does not currently accept transfers.
Use the order brief
The order brief helps you compose a concise enquiry. It keeps the decision in your hands: creating a draft is not a reservation, a purchase or a payment.
Look at the box, then match the pair

A branded box can help you describe a photographed set, but a campaign composition does not establish what a present order includes. Before accepting an offer, ask for a photograph of the actual box label, the exact pair and the accessories included in that order. Match the model and size across the label, pair and written offer.
Worked example: an offer says pink, EU 42, with box. The campaign picture shows a pink box but no readable size label. Your open question is “Please show the label and the size marking on the offered pair.” Do not replace that request with an assumption based on the promotional image.
- ACCEPTED OFFER: Model, size, destination and full total.
- LIVE INVOICE: Named asset, network, amount and expiry.
- CONFIRMATION: A verified payment status for that order.
- DISPATCH: Order confirmation and tracking information.
