Enquiries are open. Transfers are not.

You can prepare a product enquiry and request a written offer from GUMSHOE Ltd. Cryptocurrency checkout is planned, but no wallet address, payment QR code or live invoice is offered on this website yet. Do not send funds to an address presented as a GUMSHOE payment address without an accepted order and verified payment route.

The planned order sequence

  1. Choose the model, colour and requested size.
  2. Receive a written offer with condition, item price, shipping, taxes and applicable return terms.
  3. Accept the offer before a payment invoice is created.
  4. Check the exact asset, network, amount, recipient and invoice expiry.
  5. Wait for the defined payment confirmation, then receive the order confirmation and dispatch information.

What the invoice must make clear

FieldWhy it matters
Order referenceConnects the invoice to the exact accepted offer
Quoted totalShows the agreed amount and currency before conversion
Asset and networkNames both; similar symbols do not identify the same transfer route
Exact amount and expiryDefines the payment quote and when it stops being valid
Payment statusDistinguishes a detected transfer from a confirmed order
ExceptionsExplains late, short, excess and wrong-network payments
Refund policyDefines amount basis, network, fees and support route

Never a wallet recovery phrase

Buying a pair does not require sharing a seed phrase, private key or wallet password with the seller. The planned flow will not collect these secrets. A payment request is separate from permission to access a wallet.

If something does not match

Stop and ask for clarification before sending. An expired invoice, different network, changed recipient or mismatched order total needs a new verified instruction. This page explains the intended customer flow; accepted assets, payment provider and final terms will be published when the service is ready.
