The product is the message
GUMSHOE puts an unexpected material into a familiar low-top sneaker. The idea can be understood from a single view, then explored through the outsole and the project’s origin. Pink makes the gum reference immediately visible; black gives the same idea a different everyday expression.
The shape is not a technical claim. Product images document colour, construction details and pattern; they do not tell you how a particular size fits or how long a pair will last.

The people behind the design
The GUMSHOE presentation names Shaquille Gunther and Garezi Septara. It places Explicit, Publicis One and Gum-tec in the project structure. The original website also includes Anna Bullus, Marijn Bosman and Mustafa Tanriverdi in the campaign story.
Read these as credits for the documented project. Their appearance in a 2018 source does not establish a current employment role or a new product endorsement.
Choose with your actual wardrobe in mind
Use the colour comparison to view the two designs beside each other. Think about the clothes you already wear and whether you prefer a full colour statement or a darker upper with visible contrast. There is no score or ranking: the two choices express the same design story differently.
- SIDE: Read the silhouette and colour balance.
- ANGLE: See the relationship between upper and sole.
- UNDERSIDE: Inspect the Amsterdam map and crosses.
- HEEL: Look at the motif, shape and colour detail.
