Item price includes applicable seller taxes. Shipping and any destination import charges are itemised before you accept the order.

Worldwide delivery from the Netherlands

We arrange worldwide delivery from Landsmeer, Netherlands. Give us your destination country and postcode; we confirm the carrier, shipping charge, dispatch date and estimated delivery window before you accept the order.

Service depends on carrier coverage and import rules. If your destination cannot be served, we tell you before any payment. Import duties or local taxes collected by the destination are identified separately from our item price.

30 days to request a return

Tell us within 30 calendar days after delivery if you want to return your pair: email info@gumshoe.amsterdam with your order reference and the item you are returning. No reason is required. We send the return instructions; send the pair within 14 days of your notice.

Try the shoes indoors as you would in a shop. Keep them clean and return both shoes and supplied accessories; use protective packaging. Our voluntary 30-day extension applies to unworn pairs. It does not reduce statutory withdrawal rights or rights concerning faulty goods.

For a change of mind, you pay the direct return postage; we do not charge a restocking fee. For an incorrect or faulty item, contact us first so we can arrange the remedy and cover the necessary return shipping.

For a full withdrawal, we refund the item and the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of your notice, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. We may wait for the returned goods or proof of dispatch. Extra charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refunded.
